Fast curing and cold resistant

Are you looking for a primer that can be applied down to -5°C and is fast curing? Our KEMPERTEC AC Primer meets both these requirements. The 2-component product, which is based on methyl methacrylate resin (MMA), can be applied at an ambient temperature of down to -5°C and receive the next coat after just 30 minutes.  

By the way: KEMPERTEC AC Primer can be used in combination with KEMPEROL AC Speed and KEMPEROL AC Speed+. It also serves as a layer protecting against alkalinity.

Application areas
For new buildings and repair work. As a binder for filling compounds and repair mortar. As a primer and secure, durable bond between the substrate and KEMPEROL AC Speed or KEMPEROL AC Speed+. 

Properties
At +23°C and max. 50% rel. humidity:  

  • workability time approx. 11 minutes
  • rainproof after approx. 30 minutes
  • can be walked on after approx. 30 minutes
  • can receive the next coat after approx. 30 minutes 

Consumption
Depending on the nature and condition of the substrate min. 0.5 kg/m2. The consumption must not exceed 0.75 kg/m2.
